Refund policy

All products in this store are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical products are shipped, so no return address applies.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a guide isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase, using the details on our Contact information page, and include your order number. We will refund you in full to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content this right lapses once the download has started, provided you expressly agreed to this when placing your order. Our money-back guarantee above applies regardless.

Damaged or unreadable files

If a file is damaged or cannot be opened, contact us and we will send you a working copy or refund your purchase.
